here goes something

So after a breakneck sprint of 2 wks of finals, 2 wks of board studying, and almost 2 wks of vacation, I'm back at school and gearing up for rotations... Tomorrow I begin seeing patients on the wards. I guess I'm going to be expected to know a thing or two about medicine by this point, so here goes something, I'm really looking forward to it.
